So it's been 2 weeks that my family is away in the great state of Iowa and although I miss them, it's been a nice, quiet break. No getting up early, I've been going to bed earlier, too, which has been nice. Dinner is whenever. There's something really nice about being responsible only for myself. But I miss my little ones terribly and I miss my wife just as much. They're my lives, and it always takes this forced emptiness to show that.
But, I DO like sleep too. ;)
